Position Title: Master of Coffee

Reports To: Management Team

Overview of the Role

The Master of Coffee is primarily responsible for the proficient preparation and serving of a diverse range of hot and cold coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. This role also includes offering a selection of delectable pastries and snacks. The Master of Coffee is tasked with packaging coffee blends and providing comprehensive explanations of menu items to patrons. Additionally, this position involves taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace and equipment.

  1. Education and/or Experience Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar food & beverage role.
  • Training in food & beverage service.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically capable of standing and lifting moderately heavy objects.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
