Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive music therapy assessment and treatment interventions for pediatric patients, siblings, and families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music therapy and be able to work effectively with patients of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct group and individual music therapy sessions with patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date charting, data, and statistics
  • Support community and donor relations
  • Supervise music therapy volunteers
Requirements
  • Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong knowledge of music therapy principles and practices
