Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in assigned units, maintaining accountability for their own practice and delegating/providing direction to other nursing personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices, integrating research findings into clinical practice and contributing to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at hire.
  • Non-violent crisis intervention or workplace violence training every two years.
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
