We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, assisting with daily living activities and providing medical support as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and update patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • One year of experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in pediatrics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
