We are seeking a Froster to join our team in Minnetonka. As a key member of our bakery team, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Salary Range:$15-$18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply our proprietary frosting recipe and application methods to create visually appealing cakes
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Ensure adequate supplies of samples and frosted cakes are available for bakery guests

Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary, but previous experience in a food service environment is a plus
  • Ability to accurately operate bakery equipment
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate to heavy weights and perform repetitive tasks
