Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess students' communication and speech skills
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet students' needs
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct evaluations and create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Requirements
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • An active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in Washington
  • Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
