Helicopter Pilot

Med-Trans is seeking a highly skilled Helicopter Pilot to join our team of medical air transportation professionals. As a Helicopter Pilot, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities, working closely with a team of medical experts to ensure the highest level of care.

• Aircraft Readiness: Ensure the aircraft is ready for flight dispatches, adhering to FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and maintaining aircraft cleanliness.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate MTC and regulatory documentation, and record keeping.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Shift Change Information: Provide shift change information to successive pilots and team members, following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details.
• Certifications and Training: Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter Instrument Rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
