Server Job Description

At Duffy's Sports Grill, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure they have everything they need.
  • Review our MVP program with guests and provide recommendations.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance their dining experience and increase check average.
  • Take accurate food orders and input them into our POS system.
  • Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues promptly.
  • Collect payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Remove dishes and glasses from tables and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • Clean and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
  • Assist the host or hostess with answering phones, taking to-go orders, and greeting guests.
  • Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, and restocking supplies.
