About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director Corporate to join our team at Webflow. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our company and driving its growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for leading and optimizing our budgeting and forecasting processes, managing FP&A planning software, and owning key models including revenue model, share count, and SBC models.

You will also be responsible for building detailed financial models and analyses, including benchmarking, gross margin analysis, and scenario-based models with sensitivities. Additionally, you will prepare internal management reports, board materials, and investor updates.

We are looking for a candidate who is a strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to drive actionable recommendations based on business data. You should have a track record of maintaining strong relationships and communicating with business partners at all levels of the business.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of directly applicable experience, demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams within a SaaS company. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field of study is required.
