About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality diagnostic imaging services for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures to ensure diagnostic quality and patient comfort and safety.
  • Maintain accountability for timely and proper service to patients during unsupervised shifts.
  • Document exams and related procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Clean, restock, and prepare rooms on a daily basis.
  • Attend hospital and departmental meetings and in-services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and on-call coverage for the Diagnostic Section of Radiology.
Requirements
  • 2 years college certificate or Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
  • Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.
  • NYS license in Radiologic Technology required or must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of hire.
  • ARRT certification within 1 year of hire for those licensed after 2007.
