Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with loading heavier items, collecting carts, generating sales, and suggesting products. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized department, stocking and merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests
  • Assist customers with loading heavier items and collecting carts
  • Generate sales and suggest products to customers
  • Stock and merchandise products, maintaining a clean and organized department
  • Safeguard company assets and maintain a secure shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 0-25 lbs. continuously, 25-45 lbs. frequently, and 45-65 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 65 lbs.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions for the majority of your shift
