About the Position

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and school administrators. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement strategies to support student success, and ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct student support during the school day and afterschool hours
  • Connect students with resources to help them succeed
  • Assist students during key transitions, such as moving to a new grade or school
  • Collaborate with community programs to bring engaging activities to our afterschool programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of experience in school-aged care, education, social services, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
