About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at Bio-Rad Laboratories. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business performance by promoting and executing Lean Operational Excellence tools, processes, and concepts across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business performance by utilizing Lean Operational Excellence tools, processes, and concepts.
  • Develop internal capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and redefine what good looks like in terms of speed, impact, and scalability.
  • Establish and deliver key initiatives that support the organization's top priorities and important metrics improvement.
  • Act as a key business partner to plant and DC leaders to lead, enable, and implement strategic priorities and critical metric improvements.
  • Contribute to a strong culture of engagement with Lean OpEx and continuous improvement that supports organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data collection and synthesis.
  • Competent in various methods, including root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and process flow tools.
  • Business and financial knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Green/Black Belt Training or equivalent in Lean or Six Sigma from a recognized organization.
