Job Overview

Career Strategies is seeking a dedicated full-time Apartment Repair Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and functionality of our apartment community.

Position: Apartment Repair Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform make-readies, unit turnovers, and address work orders.
  • Conduct repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Handle appliance repairs and various maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the community grounds.

Exceptional customer service skills are a must, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in apartment maintenance. Successful candidates will prioritize resident satisfaction at all times.

Additional Skills:

  • HVAC repair and preventative maintenance (certification preferred but not mandatory).
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Plumbing skills.
  • Appliance maintenance.
  • Painting and drywall repair.
  • Possession of necessary tools.
