Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and executing plans of care for patients in the acute care setting. This will include overseeing PTAs and support staff, billing, and interfacing with medical center personnel and physicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and create plans of care for patients
  • Modify plans of care as needed based on patient condition
  • Use medical center computer systems to perform daily tasks
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation
  • Interface with medical center personnel and physicians
Requirements:
  • 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • BLS and state-specific licensing
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
