About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Philadelphia. As a Lead Technologist, you will be responsible for the daily operations of technologists in your area, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed and productivity standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and process X-Rays and submit them for interpretation
  • Unload portable x-ray equipment and take it to patients' bedside to perform exams ordered by physicians
  • Check, complete, and deliver paperwork related to exams and patients' billing information
  • Enter patient demographics in computer workstations and scan films for transmission to reading centers
  • Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment, accurately record hours worked, and deliver timely reports to managers
  • Conduct quarterly image reviews to ensure high-quality exams and provide graded feedback to technologists
  • Cross-train technical staff in all applicable modalities and maintain equipment and cars
  • Provide on-call assistance and report concerns to Area Operations Managers

Requirements
  • Maintain required State licenses and/or ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements
  • Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good current standing at all times
