Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have prior experience in a store leadership role, preferably in a grocery environment. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including customer service, inventory control, and labor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including customer service, inventory control, and labor management
- Provide support to the Store Manager in training and developing all store associates
- Ensure compliance with Giant Food programs and policies, as well as local, state, and federal food, labor, and safety regulations
