Job Title: Mammography Technologist

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at the UCHealth Cherry Creek MOB and ASC in Denver, CO.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mammography Technologist to provide top-notch patient care and contribute to our multidisciplinary team. As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography exams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform mammography exams using digital mammography equipment
  • Develop and maintain accurate patient records, including exam results and follow-up instructions
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during exams, including positioning and shielding
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and certified in Mammography (M) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • State licensure if required by law
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
