About the RoleThis is an in-office position located in Montebello, NY. The successful candidate will be required to attend a two-week, paid training program starting on Day 1.
As a Phone and Chat Support Professional, you'll play a critical role in providing seamless customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Escalating complex issues to senior colleagues when necessary
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A results-driven approach to customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a bonus structure and opportunities for career advancement.
