Midway Ambassador

Join our team as a Midway Ambassador at Dave & Buster's and become an integral part of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Midway Ambassador, you will be responsible for guiding guests through their Midway experience, ensuring they have an exceptional time with us.

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun.
• Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary.
• Assist guests with all requests, answer questions, and make recommendations on menu items and games.
• Responsible for providing game assistance by promptly notifying support technicians or management as needed.
