Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care by utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with medical and surgical diagnoses, including implementing clinical nursing interventions and developing patient care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimize patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Diploma of Nursing or Associate of Nursing from an accredited nursing program (preferred) and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Previous RN experience on a similar nursing unit or Long-Term Care setting is also required.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. New Grad RNs may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $17,500.
