We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team at Omni Family Health in Delano, CA. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the advancement of healthcare in our community.
Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality dental care to patients, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Assist in establishing dental policies, evaluating current practices, and implementing quality improvement procedures.
- Supervise, direct, and educate dental ancillary staff to ensure they understand policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in community health events, such as school screenings, health fairs, and social events, to promote oral health awareness and education.
- Maintain an affiliation with professional groups, dental associations, and organizations to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
- A graduate degree from an accredited dental school with a California Dental License.
- At least two years of professional clinical dental experience in practicing dentistry.
- Interest in designing and evaluating the efficiency of a dental program in a community health center.
- Authoritative knowledge of dentistry as a general practitioner in a community health center.
- Familiarity with Spanish language is desirable.
- Promotes and believes in OFH's mission statement.
- Ability to relate to the public regardless of ethnic, religious, or economic background.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 - 200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
