Job Description:
The IT Director will play a crucial role in overseeing the technology infrastructure, systems, and software used within the hospital environment. This individual will lead a team of technology professionals to ensure efficient and secure operation of all technology systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the hospital's technology infrastructure, systems, and software.
• Leading and managing a team of technology professionals.
• Providing expertise in the CPSI electronic medical record system, HL7 standards, promoting interoperability reporting, PACS standards, RIS, LIS, networking, and server virtualization.
• Ensuring staff are trained in the effective utilization of technology systems.
• Staying informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to the healthcare IT landscape.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare industry regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH.

Salary: $120,000 per annum. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, and cafeteria plans. The hospital also provides $40,000 life insurance and long-term disability coverage.
