As a prominent name in the Bronco and Ford truck restoration industry, Maxlider is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality in every project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow established guidelines and procedures to accurately install components on new Broncos.
- Document and track all work performed on the repair order under your supervision.
- Communicate effectively with the assigned service manager or advisor.
- Conduct road tests on vehicles when necessary or coordinate with the test technician/service manager.
- Undertake additional related tasks as assigned by the service manager.
- Complete tasks efficiently, safely, and accurately.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
- Continuously acquire new technical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic.
- A.S.E. Certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent industry certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in using standard mechanic shop tools.
- Physical capability to bend, lift, and perform duties associated with this role.
- Team-oriented with the ability to follow directions.
- Experience with shop equipment such as lifts, welders, scanners, tire machines, and alignment machines.
- Must possess a personal set of tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:
The position is based in an automotive repair facility equipped with standard industry tools and equipment. Safety is paramount, especially concerning the use of chemicals and heavy machinery.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with a reliable 40-hour work week; typical hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
