School-Based Behavioral Support Specialist

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a committed Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to supporting students' behavioral needs within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct support to students exhibiting behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress.
- Implement individualized behavior plans and maintain documentation.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral support role.
- Possession of an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working in educational settings is preferred.
