Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Surgical Trauma Ortho Full Time to join our team. As a member of our healthcare team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines.
  • Render individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
  • Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
  • Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.
  • May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervise other members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR certification.
  • BSN preferred, with 1 year of acute care experience or new graduate considered.
  • Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.
