• Welcome patients to the practice and ensure a positive experience
• Prepare patients for examination, including suture/staple removal
• Acquire vitals and accurately document in the electronic medical record
• Assist the physician in the exam room and prepare injections/supplies using sterile technique
• Apply Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and provide patient education for care after visit
• Maintain equipment and stock exam rooms
• Assist with patient check-out and provide accurate information when answering questions and concerns
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current licensure or certification for LPN, CMA, RTR, or ATC
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to Walk/Stand frequently
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience using EPIC
• Strong organization skills
• Superior Customer Service Skills
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication
