Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years in a manufacturing setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within plant management.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations and lead diverse teams.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
