Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to enhance our long-term care services. The ideal candidate will provide tailored and thorough care to our residents, engaging in therapeutic practices, performing medical evaluations, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Observe and report on behavioral signs that may require preventive healthcare actions.
  • Understand the implications and potential hazards associated with medications, including side effects and interactions.
  • Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, weight, and pulse.
  • Collect and evaluate medical information promptly.
  • Be aware of how to contact healthcare providers and facilities in emergencies.
