Senior Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Therapist to fill a 13-week travel assignment in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

This role involves providing speech therapy services to patients in a hospital setting. As a Senior Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapies to improve communication and swallowing skills.

You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. Your duties may include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
• Developing individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs
• Implementing and modifying therapies as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of patient progress

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• A minimum of one year of experience as a speech therapist in a hospital setting
• Current licensure and certification in the state of West Virginia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
