Custodial Technician - $19 an hour
Overview
The Custodial Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities. This role involves performing essential cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring restrooms are well-stocked and sanitized.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness in offices, restrooms, and communal areas.
  • Dispose of waste appropriately and manage trash collection.
  • Utilize and care for cleaning equipment and supplies effectively.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support facility maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in custodial services is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Adhere to safety protocols while executing cleaning tasks.
  • Proficient in operating vacuum cleaners and other cleaning devices.
  • Knowledgeable in the safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm
