Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $20-$22 per hour, plus a shift premium of $0.75 per hour. This brings the total hourly compensation to $20.75-$22.75 per hour.

Job Responsibilities
As a Stamping Operator II, you will be responsible for:

  1. Operating complex and progressive tooling in a quality-conscious manner
  2. Performing coil changes and maintaining equipment and tooling with appropriate lubricants
  3. Cleaning and maintaining the press area
  4. Conducting quality checks using proper measuring devices
  5. Completing quality records and stopping production when quality issues are detected

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience with stamping and progressive die sets
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Forklift certification (may be required)
