Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team for a travel assignment in California.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Imaging Specialist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, provide technical support, and maintain equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Perform basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by licensed physicians
- Provide technical support for radiographic examinations, including assessing patient condition and operating imaging equipment
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and medications, and perform radiographic exams on all patients as necessary
- Produce high-quality diagnostic radiographs and rotate through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology
- Assist practitioners with fluoroscopy, arthrography, OR procedures, and trauma
- Formal two-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school
- State license (if required) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Certified Radiology Tech (CRT) certification
- 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
- Guaranteed hours for travel contracts
- Preferred booking agreement for local contracts
- Weekly pay
- Holiday pay
- Contract security compared to an outside agency
