Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Sequatchie County Schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) to support students with behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) to identify underlying causes of behavior.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement assessment tools and strategies.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and RBTs in training.
  • Ensure compliance with ESSA standards and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Behavior Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and interventions.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
