Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly qualified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Sequatchie County Schools.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) to support students with behavioral challenges.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) to identify underlying causes of behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement assessment tools and strategies.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and RBTs in training.
- Ensure compliance with ESSA standards and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Behavior Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and interventions.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
