CES Group Engineers, LLP, a leading provider of civil engineering and land surveying services, is seeking a highly skilled Survey Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including boundary, ALTA, topographic, design, and construction surveying assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage survey calculations and direct the daily activities of field survey crews, ensuring timely completion of projects and effective resource allocation.
- Organize and prioritize tasks, coordinating field and office surveying practices to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct quality control reviews of field survey data and prepare survey documentation and drawings.
- Interact with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Geomatics Division Manager and other project team members to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Five (5) years or more of land surveying experience, including proficiency with field surveying techniques and survey office practices.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson Survey software, with experience with Trimble Business Center and MicroStation a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed oral and written communication skills.
