Packaging and Shipping Responsibilities

As a Packer at Volt, you will be responsible for ensuring all Environmental Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) requirements are met while handling materials and operating equipment. You will also be responsible for following all quality systems, including Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures, during all manufacturing and cleaning and sanitization processes. Additionally, you will be expected to complete tasks within specified shifts and work closely with the team to achieve shared goals.

Key Qualifications

- Attention to detail with the ability to follow all procedures and document tasks with precision
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with others
- Communication skills with ability to understand and assess team production performance via visual, written, and verbal communications
