Key Responsibilities:

The Safety and Security Specialist will be responsible for patrolling and monitoring designated areas to deter theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities. Our vehicles are equipped with advanced monitoring technology to ensure compliance with safety protocols and accurate reporting.

Specific duties include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Manage and deescalate situations involving unruly individuals or unauthorized personnel.
  • Control access at entry points and vehicle gates.
  • Identify, document, and report any suspicious activities, violations, incidents, or disturbances.
  • Prepare detailed reports in digital format.
  • Communicate effectively with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize proper communication protocols with team members and management.
  • Understand and comply with Use of Force regulations.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) established by Code 4.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Previous security experience is advantageous.
  • Military or First Responder background is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance are expected.
  • Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
  • Ability to maintain composure and sound judgment in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and run as required.
  • Personal transportation is necessary due to varying job site locations.

Our hiring process includes thorough background checks for all candidates offered a position. Additionally, fingerprinting is mandatory for all employees obtaining a security guard license.
