Responsibilities:
- Accurately process orders and input them into the POS system.
- Handle customer payments and manage change.
- Serve a variety of beverages, including cold, frozen, and hot drinks, along with a selection of food items.
- Move supplies and equipment between storage and service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area throughout the shift.
- Clean utensils and equipment, dispose of trash, sweep and mop the work area, and dust surfaces.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A minimum of one year of bartending experience is required, including certification from a recognized training program.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage preparation, as well as service of alcoholic drinks.
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
- Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English to communicate effectively with guests and take orders.
- Basic math skills necessary for operating a cash register, making change, totaling guest checks, and preparing cash drops.
- Brand certification as required.
- Capability to operate a keyboard and follow point of sale procedures for order processing and check closing.
- Ability to work and remain standing in confined spaces for extended periods.
