As a Mobile Intrack Welder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our rail infrastructure. With RailWorks, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Compensation Package: Our compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $35-$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) with company match and additional performance incentives.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Operate and maintain a mobile electric flash-butt welding machine, ensuring safe and efficient completion of tasks.
  2. Drive a welding truck to and from work locations, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  3. Perform physical activities such as standing, lifting, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and handling materials, equipment, and tools, while working in various environments.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid Class A driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Basic computer skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
