Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse / Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Global Power Components. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, performing critical inventory tasks, and ensuring the safe operation of sit-down forklifts.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular inventory reconciliations
- Communicate inventory issues with management and resolve discrepancies
- Compile and analyze inventory reports to inform business decisions
- Perform data entry in Epicor and other ERP software
- Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Ability to read measuring devices, such as tape measures
- Ability to read bill of material and use computer and ERP software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and pay attention to details
- Must pass competency test and pre-employment physical, including drug screen
