Job Title: Asset Integrity Supervisor

Job Summary:

Ergon - West Virginia, Inc. is seeking an experienced Asset Integrity Supervisor to lead our team in improving the safe and reliable operation of our refinery. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to extend asset life, predict and mitigate failures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain asset integrity programs to improve overall refinery reliability
* Lead a team of reliability engineers and inspectors to achieve results in asset integrity improvement
* Provide technical expertise to engineers, inspectors, and QA/QC personnel
* Manage administrative and personnel functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance feedback
* Supervise the review and approval of systemization, circuitization, and CML allocation for all piping and fixed assets
* Support data analysis, including inspection interval analysis, contract inspections, and NDE reports
* Review and approve Inspection Work Plans, repair plans, and Fitness for Service assessments

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a petrochemical and/or manufacturing environment
* Familiarity with reliability engineering functions, inspection techniques, and industry codes
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills
* Experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and AutoCAD
