Nandail Property Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional plumbing services to our clients and customers in the field.

• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential environments.
• Perform repairs with copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping materials.
• Detect sources of leaks within the confines of the building, underground, and on the exterior of the building.
• Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems and sewage backup troubleshooting and repairs.
• Work with blueprints and job specifications to determine work details and procedures.
• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects.
• Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications to determine work details or procedures.
• Keep records of work assignments and repairs.
• Repair, remove, and/or replace system components.
• Install green plumbing equipment, such as faucet flow restrictors, dual-flush toilets, and tankless water heaters.
• Weld small pipes or special piping using specialized techniques, equipment, or materials.

• Valid plumbing license.
• Own transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and patience.
• Physical dexterity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
