What We Do:

As a key member of the EPC development team, you will design, develop, support, and maintain cutting-edge distributed data storage and processing systems that outperform specialized SQL query engines in relational query performance. These systems will provide programming abstractions to support diverse workloads ranging from ETL to data consumption across various analytical models.

Your role as a Data Engineer – Cloud Architect:

  • Create automated business intelligence products using Alteryx/Tableau, leveraging your technical background in Databricks to guide teams through complex challenges.
  • Rapidly design, develop, and implement reporting applications embedding KPI metrics and actionable insights into operational, tactical, and strategic activities of key business functions, utilizing Qualtrics when applicable.
  • Maintain a robust technical foundation in GitLab, CI/CD Pipeline, and Devops to drive efficient software development processes.
  • Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks in Data Pipeline development, optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data cleansing, blending, validation, transformation, normalization using Alteryx Designer.
  • Skilled in Alteryx tool installation, upgrades, and creating highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure.
  • Be instrumental in building process flows using Alteryx, Cloudera, and Tableau.
  • AWS expertise in building data workflows, transformations using AWS Glue, EKS, S3, DynamoDB & Redshift.
  • Familiarity with RDBMS, NoSQL, Key/Value databases.
  • Knowledge of Agile Framework and Scrum methodology.

Compensation:$144,200 - $236,300 per year
