Job Summary

We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist the Occupational Therapist in developing individual treatment programs and administering the occupational therapy treatment program as directed by the Occupational Therapist and as ordered by a Physician.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing individual treatment programs
  • Administer the occupational therapy treatment program as directed by the Occupational Therapist and as ordered by a Physician
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy school
  • Maintains a current New Mexico State License in good standing
  • Current BLS certification
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Additional languages are desirable
  • Basic computer knowledge
