Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Identify and resolve issues with production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve equipment-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Document and Analyze Performance Data: Record and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ Years of Experience in a Production Environment
  • Technical Certification in Electrical, Robotic, Mechanical, or Fabrication
Preferred Qualifications
  • PLC and Schematic Experience
  • Forklift/Manlift Certification
