Maintenance Supervisor Role Overview

In the role of Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the physical aspects of the community, concentrating on:

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Maintenance Supervisor role, ideally within senior living or multifamily property management.
  • Skills: Proficient in painting, drywall repair, and operation of standard power tools.
  • Chemical Safety: Knowledge of the proper handling, storage, and disposal of various chemicals.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Ability to respond swiftly and calmly in emergency situations.
  • Work Ethic: A diligent and careful approach to tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods.
