Position Overview:

  • Efficiently set up and deliver all food and beverage orders following established guidelines and company standards.
  • Conduct regular floor sweeps to retrieve food and beverage trays, maintaining high sanitation standards.
  • Prepare and deliver VIP amenities with attention to detail.
  • Service hospitality suites according to established policies and procedures.
  • Complete all shift side work as outlined in operational policies.
  • Address customer needs and concerns to ensure a quality experience and foster future business.
  • Communicate effectively with the immediate shift supervisor regarding all relevant matters.
  • Handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with delivering additional amenities to guest rooms as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 3 months in a similar role.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of customer service principles and restaurant operations.
  • Familiarity with standard cash-handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Ability to see detailed checks and instructions in various lighting conditions.
  • Manual dexterity to manage trays and food items effectively.

Physical Requirements:
The role involves physical demands including lifting, pushing, and carrying items up to 50 lbs. Regular mobility and the ability to stand for extended periods are essential.

Work Environment:
Fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring prolonged standing and walking in an indoor setting.
