Job Responsibilities:
As a Janitorial Specialist, you will create clean and healthy environments for our customers' buildings and grounds. Your duties will include performing various cleaning tasks using ServiceMaster products and procedures.
Cleaning responsibilities may involve sweeping, mopping, polishing, removing trash, cleaning windows, and relocating furniture and equipment.
You will also maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and use necessary PPE.
Additionally, you may open and lock facilities, enable or disable security systems as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (a plus but not required)
- On-the-job training provided for those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in professional janitorial services, office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is beneficial
- Flexibility, fast-paced work environment, and multitasking skills are essential
