Lead Engineer for High-Performance Systems

- You will have the autonomy to propose and lead organization-wide initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive project success.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, including Ruby on Rails, Python, and JavaScript frameworks (React, AngularJS, Ember, or Backbone.js).
- Ability to balance speed with quality and pragmatism.
- Experience working with large codebases and cross-functional teams.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
