Eaton's ES AMER MFGSC division is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and restock materials from warehouse locations using appropriate picking processes.
  • Unload and stage pallets of materials in designated areas of Receiving.
  • Verify styles and quantities of materials picked and ensure accuracy.
  • Resolve discrepancies and research solutions to ensure order accuracy.
  • Maintain quality workmanship and observe safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience with Forklift/ Cherry picker /Reach Truck.
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
  • Ability to work specific shift hours and have flexibility to work overtime based on customer demand.
  • ERP Experience (SAP).

Skills:

  • Ability to use good judgment when handling material with a safety focus.
  • Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime, cross-train, and willingness to flex to different areas or local plants as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to demonstrate professional attitude, solid communication, and interpersonal skills.
